📍 Location: 81100, Johor Bahru
💼 Role Options:

  • Accounts Executive: Up to RM3.5k
  • Accounts cum HR Executive: Up to RM4.5k

🕒 Working Hours: Normal office hours, 5 days/week


🌟 What You’ll Do:

  • Manage full sets of accounts and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing and recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and employment agencies.
  • Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, promotions, and increments.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and ensure accuracy.
  • Support the Country Manager and a team of 7 operational staff with ad-hoc tasks.

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables).
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger functions.
  • BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
