📍 Location: 81100, Johor Bahru
💼 Role Options:
- Accounts Executive: Up to RM3.5k
- Accounts cum HR Executive: Up to RM4.5k
🕒 Working Hours: Normal office hours, 5 days/week
🌟 What You’ll Do:
- Manage full sets of accounts and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing and recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with external vendors and employment agencies.
- Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, promotions, and increments.
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure accuracy.
- Support the Country Manager and a team of 7 operational staff with ad-hoc tasks.
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables).
- Strong knowledge of general ledger functions.
- BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
