Job Description

Working Hours:

  • Part-time x4 : 12:30pm – 4:30pm or 5.30pm to 9.30pm (4 Hours Mon-Fri)
  • Full-time x2 : 12:30pm to 9:30pm (4 Hours Mon-Fri)
  • Bring along a friend to work together!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducting structured phone surveys and collecting of on public opinion and social trends
  • Update responses into computer systems (Training will be provided)

Job Requirements:

  • Min. GCE ‘N’ Level
  • Effective telephone communication skills
  • Able to handle situations in a calm & professional manner
  • Proficient in English and one or more of the following languages – Mandarin
  • Proficient in computer software
  • Prior call-centre or phone interviewing or surveyor experience will be preferred
  • Self-motivated and take a proactive approach to work
