Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage Corporate hotline and email address (answer calls and respond to emails)
- Provide daily account servicing report
- Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate pre and post account servicing and support resources to drive successful closure and implementation for clients
- Identify clients’ strategic priorities and interests
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Requirements
- N level and above
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service roles
- Able to multi-task and prioritise work
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent communication/ presentation skills and able to build relationships with corporate clients
- Must be patience and helpful in answering queries
