Job Description


  • Manage Corporate hotline and email address (answer calls and respond to emails)
  • Provide daily account servicing report
  • Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate pre and post account servicing and support resources to drive successful closure and implementation for clients
  • Identify clients’ strategic priorities and interests
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner


  • N level and above
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service roles
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication/ presentation skills and able to build relationships with corporate clients
  • Must be patience and helpful in answering queries
