Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic customer database management initiatives to increase engagement with graduating students, alumni and other customer segments
- Lead marketing and communications (through online/offline platforms, content marketing, collateral development) for all customer segments
- Curate and deliver signature events (such as Homecoming, CEO Dialogue sessions), service programmes (such as overseas chapters, mentorship programme) as part of widening and deepening customer engagement
Requirements:
- Degree with at least 7 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience and track record in customer database management, relationship management, membership development, events management
- Experienced in managing/optimising budgets, copywriting/editing and content development for online/offline platforms
- Savvy with technology, social media and database tools.
- Familiar with CRM systems, data analytics, digital marketing solutions
- Ability to cultivate strong internal and external client/partner relationships
