Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Consolidating for the entire group of other business
- Taking a lead role in guiding finance staff in the group to ensure compliance of accounting, tax, legal and corporate matters
- Managing the corporate month-end accounting process
- Preparation of the monthly management reports, SGX financial statements and commentary (if applicable)
- Preparation of the group consolidated financial statements and the Board reporting pack
- Consolidation of the group budget for the management reporting pack
- Managing the monthly variance analysis and providing commentary on the financial performance
- Liaising with internal and external auditors
- Supporting various Group initiatives including new technologies to enhance and improve reporting for purposes of delivering effective and efficient decision making
- Performing any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management
Requirements
- Degree in Business or any professional Accounting qualifications
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of relevant working experience from both Big 4 and commercial group consolidation
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Possess excellent planning, analytical and organization skills
- Dedicated, committed, a good team player with strong leadership qualities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
