Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process daily HR operations in a shared services environment
- Review and ensure work are in compliance with regulations, laws as well as agreed service levels
- Evaluate processes and recommend solutions to improve service delivery and employee experience
- Maintain and update HR Policies, Handbook and Employee Portal
- Draft HR policies and communication plans whenever there are changes
- Provide analysis and reporting of Key HR statistics and data needs
Requirements:
- Degree in HR or Business-related discipline
- At least 3 years’ experience in HR Operations with some experience in a HR Shared Services environment
- Domain knowledge of SAP/Success Factor
- Able to review and propose sound HR policies together with process changes, ensuring the HR Information System meets organizational needs
