Job Description

• Provides end-user desktop and helpdesk support as the primary key role, including the following
• Setup and deploy of pc/laptop for existing or new users at the plant
• Troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues that user faces
• Support and maintenance for system and software deployed.
• Provides system documentation.
• Support in IT procurement function such as getting quotations, procurement system entry, etc.
• Inventory check, hard disk degauss & disposal activities
• Liaise with vendors on IT related matters
• Secondary role, to support on current and new IT Infrastructure (server, network or database) projects implementation and support


• Candidates must possess Diploma / Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3 to 4 years of Desktop / LAN / WAN experience
• Hands on experience on Window Server, VMware, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Office365 and Microsoft SQL Database.
• Knowledge of network and cyber-security an advantage
• Possess good technical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills, good team player, proactive and able to work independently
