Job Description


  • Provides supervision, direction and training to TA team members
  • Responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting services for both corporate and faculty positions
  • Consults and supports hiring managers to determine the recruitment and candidate sourcing strategy, establish priorities, strategies and metrics
  • Leverages on multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates
  • Optimise the use of existing HR System, suggests process enhancements and analytic capabilities
  • Enhances TA work efficiencies by reviewing and initiating relevant changes to talent acquisition programs, system and policies
  • Partners and supports internal departments on manpower planning and utilisation
  • Develops and implements social media recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies and activities to attract high-quality talents
  • Engages and leads a variety of TA projects including strategic and operational work


  • Minimum Bachelor in HR or equivalent in related field
  • At least 6 years of relevant HR work experience, particularly in the area of Talent Sourcing, Acquisition and Operations
  • Sourcing experience in traditional and non-traditional sources like databases, networks, job boards, social media, online forums, Blogs etc.
  • Experienced in executing social media recruitment and branding activities on LinkedIn
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient and experience in the use of applicant tracking systems
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and online recruitment strategy
