Order Fulfillment Executive

Job Description

The Person will act as a single point of contact for internal and external customers on all order fulfillment requests and issues, be responsible for provision of smooth and efficient support in the completion of order fulfillment activities and assist in preparation of sales management reports when required.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders in full cycle from order entry to invoicing
• Liaise with the relevant internal and external parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfillment
• Monitor and follow up on pending orders, backlog status and payment
• Prepare delivery documentation, maintains records, and coordinates logistics for product shipment
• Schedule and coordinate with freight forwarder transactions
• Follow up on shipment status and ensure delivery dates are met
• Prepare and update of relevant information for sales and monthly reports
• Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma with a year of experience in sales coordination, logistic industry or supply chain function
• Working knowledge of entire order management process and shipment documentation
• Proficient in MS Office applications, in particular MS Excel and SAP
• Independent and possess initiative
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive mindset
