Job Description
Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment Operations:-
- Manage and support the development of local student recruitment efforts for the institute by promoting the Organization’s brand-name and planning local student recruitment strategies.
- Attend to customers’ enquiries via walk-ins, phone, email, live chat, etc and look into the customer’s needs and requirements so as to recommend suitable education pathway
- Assist customer in programme application and checking for documentations to support the turnaround time for admissions processing
- Build strong product knowledge, comply with work policies and procedures and continuously improve customer service skills
Leads Management:-
- To follow up on all leads assigned on a timely basis and maintain follow-up reports
Project Management:-
- To recruit and maintain a team of Ambassadors who can support local recruitment activities and events effectively
- Manage Ambassadors roster and ensure sufficient deployment of resources
- Develop and maintain training materials, conduct trainings, process payments for Ambassadors
Requirements:
- Diploma with 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in sales, marketing or customer service
- Experienced in Customer Service and Sales conversion processes
