Job Description
Sales and Operations Function:-
- Source, procure and follow up on sales orders
- Renewal of tools & equipment when necessary
- Input data and maintain folders soft/hard in system
- Purchase requisition / Purchase order and maintaining PR/PO summary on a monthly basis
- Updating of suppliers / vendors list and handle basic shipping documentation
- Perform any adhoc assignments as and when required
Requirements:-
- Minimum ‘N’/’O’ Level/Diploma
- Preferably with 1-2 years’ experience
- Basic accounting knowledge and admin experience would be an advantage
- Team player and able to interact with all levels
