Job Description
- Working Hours: 9am to 6:30pm (Mon-Thur) / 9am to 6pm (Fri) / Hybrid
- Attractive Benefits: VB 2 months average or more
Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, execute and manage research projects (can be quantitative or qualitative) suitable for client needs
- Assist with designing of questionnaires and/or discussion guide
- Prepare and script research questionnaires for quantitative data collection
- Project Management, respondent recruitment, moderation of focus group discussion, interviewing, fieldwork monitoring and ensure adherence to project schedules/timelines
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time project delivery
- Data cleaning, processing and analysis
- Assist with managing client queries, expectations and relationships
- Create insightful, highly actionable and digestible reports in PowerPoint
- Present results of study confidently, to external clients across working levels
- Routine administrative tasks and operations, as well as complex and in-depth analytical work
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor in social sciences / communications / numerical fields
- Strong quantitative and data analytical skills required
- Strong communication skills, both written and interpersonal
- Adaptable with an appetite to learn new skills; organised and systematic; Meticulous and attentive to details
- Team player but able to work independently; strong sense of ownership
- Competency with Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with data collection and/or statistical software e.g. SPSS (must), R, STATA etc. is preferred
