Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end monthly payroll runs for active employees; and / or
- daily / monthly payroll runs resignees (including submission of IR21)
- Assist in department’s functions for payroll / leave / benefits activities such as leave recovery, CPF submissions, government-paid claim submissions, WICA reimbursements, negative pay follow-up, reports, leave and benefits administration, etc
- Assist in the year-end preparation and submission of IR8A
- Participate in system update activities
- Ensure internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are kept up to date
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements for all pay related matters
- Respond to employees’ queries and provide support to departments when needed
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance) where necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of payroll experience for at least 1000 headcount in a local setting
- Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF and Income Tax legislation
- Experience with SAP / SuccessFactors system will be an added advantage
