Job Description

  • Working Hours: 9am to 6:30pm (Mon-Thur) / 9am to 6pm (Fri) / Hybrid
  • Attractive Benefits: VB 2 months average or more

Responsibilities:

HR Business Partner

  • Understand business requirements and work closely with business Leads/HODs
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment 
  • Partner with BUs as HRBP with focus on HR Development

Learning and Development

  • Manage and improve the Learning and Development processes, system, and data
  • Develop and manage all company-wide L&D programs, with specific focus
  • Serve as a lead point of contact for all training providers and vendors

Employee Engagement and Staff Wellbeing

  • Develop and coordinate Employee Engagement Programmes
  • Drive company-wide welfare activities and well-being initiatives
  • HR Representative in the Welfare Committee
  • Lead and manage programs such as induction and orientation and staff engagement

Internship Program

  • Lead and engage tertiary institutions
  • Develop and manage the Internship and Green Harvesting Programme

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree, a specialization in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with 1 year in L&D and competency-based HR
  • Friendly and approachable with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous and able to maintain strict confidentiality of information.
  • Independent and self-driven with high level of initiative to deliver KPIs
  • Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in spoken English and Chinese (in order to conduct interviews for English and Mandarin speaking roles)
  • ACTA/ACLP will be an added advantage.
