Job Description
- Working Hours: 9am to 6:30pm (Mon-Thur) / 9am to 6pm (Fri) / Hybrid

Responsibilities:
HR Business Partner
- Understand business requirements and work closely with business Leads/HODs
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment
- Partner with BUs as HRBP with focus on HR Development
Learning and Development
- Manage and improve the Learning and Development processes, system, and data
- Develop and manage all company-wide L&D programs, with specific focus
- Serve as a lead point of contact for all training providers and vendors
Employee Engagement and Staff Wellbeing
- Develop and coordinate Employee Engagement Programmes
- Drive company-wide welfare activities and well-being initiatives
- HR Representative in the Welfare Committee
- Lead and manage programs such as induction and orientation and staff engagement
Internship Program
- Lead and engage tertiary institutions
- Develop and manage the Internship and Green Harvesting Programme
Requirements
- Minimum Degree, a specialization in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with 1 year in L&D and competency-based HR
- Friendly and approachable with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous and able to maintain strict confidentiality of information.
- Independent and self-driven with high level of initiative to deliver KPIs
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in spoken English and Chinese (in order to conduct interviews for English and Mandarin speaking roles)
- ACTA/ACLP will be an added advantage.
