Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for high quality end-to-end creative development work from concept to completion
- Oversees the creation of visuals, copywriting, video, infographics, and layout for creative projects
- Implements policies and standards that reinforce the organisation’s branding strategy and quality goals
- Manages graphic design, copywriting, campaign assets, and creative outsource management
- Leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies
- Devise the concepts and strategies for project and monitor its progress
- Ability to implement creative assets and become the point of reference for any creative assets that want to make their
- Main 3 functions: Copywriting and Design, Video and motion (Storyboarding) and Creative
Requirements
- Experienced at least 7 years in Creative or related fields
- Proven work experience as Creative Manager/Director or copywriter
- A storyteller who knows how to create clear, concise and engaging content
- Passionate about user experience and problem solver with a knack for simplifying the complex
- Understand design thinking and UX best practices
- Experience in both front- and back-end content strategy experience
- Knowing in digital media and insight is a plus
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual/video design tools
- Solid experience in storytelling and copywriting
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Strong people, project and agency management
