Responsibilities:
Manages contract administration, ensuring contract documentation and operational processes are functioning in line with operational plan and business policy, which includes:
- Managing contract matters – account setup, contract activation and termination, vetting summary and physical contracts documentation.
- Compliance with audit requirements and retail policy
- Liaise and manage communication with external stakeholders on customer-related issues
- Maintain database & customer’s portals
- Ensure operational workflows/manuals are in place for training of new staffs
- Review work processes – simplify, standardized and automate
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- Min 8 years related working experience
- Proficiency in MS Office – Excel and Word
- Meticulous, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
