Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Managing contract matters such as account setup, contract activation and termination, vetting summary and physical contracts documentation
• Managing meters system setup such as activating, deactivating meters and meters removal in system
• Review work processes and implementation of process in compliance to requirements
• Liaise and manage communication with external parties on customer-related issues
• Maintain database and portals to ensure records are up to date
• Ensure operational workflows/manuals are in place for training of new staffs and assist with other adhoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
• Degree in any discipline
• Working experience with some Finance background preferred
• Meticulous and process oriented
