Responsibilities
Aligning with company sales policies and strategies to help sales team members to achieve sales target
- Oversee daily operations and performance of account managers
- Review account managers’ pipelines
- Provide guidance and mentor account managers to meet their sales targets
- Provide necessary support for account managers to generate leads and/or close deals
- Assess strengths and weaknesses of various account managers and plan sales strategy accordingly
- Develop and strengthen each team members
Requirements
- Diploma with 5 years of working experience in the similar capacity
- Positive, aggressive and result-oriented
- Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain good relationship with clients
